My academic pursuit led me to University of Capetown (UCT), where I delved into the world of UX Design and Web development. I polished my skills in UX Design, exploring the intersection of user needs and digital solutions. This experience ignited my passion for crafting intuitive and engaging product experiences.

In my previous role I was part of a team that led redesign of business banking app, resulting in a 15% increase in user engagement. This experience helped my ability to analyse existing applications, evaluate their UX effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement. I am also well-versed in considering the Human-Computer Interaction aspects of design to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
